The Customer interested to receiving quotes can request them through the appropriate electronic forms on this website or through an explicit request to be sent by e-mail to the addresses indicated on this website, in the "Contacts Us" section. To this end, the Customer undertakes to indicate to WHITE NOISE AUDIOVISIVI any possible details concerning the project to be implemented in order to allow the formulation of a suitable and relevant offer. The costs indicated by WHITE NOISE AUDIOVISIVI in the quotation phase are not binding for WHITE NOISE AUDIOVISIVI and are susceptible to variations in the event that the Customer, in the request phase of the estimate, has provided indications that differ from the definitive ones or, in general, has failed to provide information of particular importance for the execution of the work such as:

delivery time

special production needs: type of audio / video recordings, type of files related to the shot (formats and codecs related to audio / video footage), needs relating to the lighting set, audio recordings (presence of any live sound engineer), number of machine points (multi-camera shooting), shooting using stabilized media, aerial shooting, authorizations required for indoor / outdoor shooting

special editing needs: duration of the final master, music tracks, videographic, titling, voice over (speaker in Italian and / or international version)

special coding needs of the final master (s)

In the event of the existence of one or more of the conditions described above, WHITE NOISE AUDIOVISIVI reserves the right to cancel its offer or formulate a supplementary offer, subject to acceptance by the Customer.

Unless otherwise specified, each quote is valid for 30 days from the date of presentation.


CONFIRMATION OF ORDER AND PAYMENTS

The order confirmation procedure takes place through the due subscription by the Customer of the estimate and the General Supply Conditions.
The evaluation, the preparation and the beginning of the working of the project take place starting from the receipt of the payment of the agreed advance amounts indicated on the estimate; payment is made in the following way: Bank Transfer. The bank details will be indicated on the estimate and on the advance invoices issued by WHITE NOISE AUDIOVISIVI.
